Anderson Legacy Bike Tour

Come along on a leisurely bike excursion through downtown Ocean Springs led by our Education Director, Anthony DiFatta. Start the day with a tour through WAMA’s reinstalled collection Walter Inglis Anderson: Artist, Naturalist, Mystic, and get inspired by Walter Anderson’s very own bicycle, on which he traveled thousands of miles to New York, Texas, and beyond. 

Then, take a pedal-powered tour to a variety of Ocean Springs hot spots and historic sites, including a special tour of Walter Anderson’s cottage, Shearwater Pottery, Twisted Anchor Tattoo Gallery, and more. Complimentary beverages will be provided at the end of the tour. Bikes available for loan through Tri-Hard Sports. Sponsored by Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Mississippi and Tri-Hard Sports.
