The Walter Anderson Museum of Art provides an enchanting backdrop for a variety of events from personal to corporate gatherings. With its diverse collections on view, the Museum offers a unique and culturally rich experience to your guests.

The Museum provides complete bar services as well as a full list of approved caterers. Your guests are invited to tour the Museum at their leisure and immerse themselves in the cultural identity of the Gulf Coast.

COMMUNITY CENTER
The Ocean Springs Community Center features Walter Anderson's largest public work of art, 3,000 square feet of visionary murals. The murals are designated as a National Treasure and one of Mississippi's historic landmarks.
MUSEUM GALLERIES
& LOBBY
The Walter Anderson Museum of Art houses the largest public collection of Walter Inglis Anderson. Featuring the murals, paintings, sculptures, and carvings of Anderson, alongside a rotating collection of contemporary artists, the galleries are an ideal spot for a cocktail reception or lecture. The galleries are also open to your guests when you rent any of our other spaces.
COURTNEY BLOSSMAN ART COTTAGE
Built in the late 1800's, this 1700 square-foot historic building provides meeting and studio space for up to 30 people, along with a front lawn and welcoming porches for gatherings, programs, or performances. Host your next small business retreat or meeting in this artistic environment that encourages creativity and collaboration.
JO LOVE
LITTLE GALLERY
A quiet gallery perfect for small gatherings or as a meeting space. The walls tell the story of Horn Island, a barrier island located off the coast of Ocean Springs. This space comes with built in AV and a little boat too!
THE TRAVELER
A dynamic space inspired by Walter Anderson’s adventurous spirit and his travels across the world and into his own Southern wild. Housed in a renovated century-old building directly behind the Museum. Includes an outdoor space and stage. This space can be reserved for private dinners, meetings, and celebraions.
