Q: How long does it take to go through the museum?
A: It is a self-guided museum, so time spent can vary. We do suggest at least an hour for your visit.
Q: Where can I park?
A: Parking is available in downtown Ocean Springs. Visitors may also park behind the museum off of Joseph Street next to the Ocean Springs Police Substation.
Q: Can I bring my dog?
A: The museum does not allow pets inside the building. Only authorized service animals are allowed inside.
Q: Is the museum "kid-friendly"?
A: Yes! Walter Anderson's artwork is fun and engaging for all ages! We even have an art room where kids ages 0-100 are encouraged to explore art making.

Q: Is the Museum wheelchair accessible?
A: Yes! The museum is on a single floor and all entries are wheelchair accessible.

Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: WAMA hours are Monday-Saturday 10-5PM and closed on Sundays. We do have special events that extend outside regular hours. Please check out our EVENTS page for details.

Q: Does the artwork change?
A: Yes! We have multiple new and exciting exhibitions throughout the year. Click Exhibitions to see whats on view.

Q: Can I book a tour?

Q: Are there restaurants nearby?
A: Yes! Downtown Ocean Springs has numerous restaurants and shops in walking distance of the museum.
