About The Event
Children five and under and their caregivers join us the third Friday of each month for story time and creative play. Young inquiring minds are introduced to the art of Walter Anderson, children’s books exploring imagination and the natural world, and hands-on art activities.
This month's program will be the last time this program will take place in our current exhibition, Modern Scroll Prints in Color: A Return to the 1949 Exhibition, which highlights the wonder and escapism in fairytales through Walter Anderson's block prints. When Words & Wonder continues in September, it will be hosted in the Courtney Blossman Art Cottage again.
