Join us to learn about how to become a part of the Waveland Public Art Enterprise, which fuses public art, design, engineering, and environment to support community development and STEM education in Waveland, MS.Â
Over the course of 2023, high school students from Hancock County and surrounding areas will lead the design and fabrication of a large-scale steel gateway sculpture that celebrates local resilience and identity.
Experiences include excursions into nature, collaboration with professional artists, welding, glassmaking, and more. FREE of charge.
