Acrylic Painting: Beginner + Intermediate Level

Join Anthony DiFatta for a 6-week acrylic painting class that meets every Monday from 10 AM - NOON. Participants will learn the fundamentals of acrylic painting, with emphasis on color theory, composition, and technical foundations, with a variety of subject matter. We will meet in the Courtney Blossman Art Cottage located across the street from the Museum.

Anthony DiFatta is an educator and professional artist.  His paintings have been in many solo and group exhibits throughout Mississippi and in New York, Memphis, California, Chicago, Atlanta, Massachusetts, and Louisiana. His work can be seen in private and public collections both nationally and internationally.

Supply list:

Brushes: A mix of round and flat brushes Acrylic paint: - Cadmium Red - Cadmium Yellow Medium - Cerulean Blue - Burnt Sienna - White - Black Paper: 9 x 12" watercolor or acrylic paper Blue or green painter's tape
