About The Event
Take a paddle with us from the beach at Oldfields as we explore the local waterways of the Mississippi Sound and nearby bayous. Afterwards, stick around for a casual brown bag (bring your own lunch) picnic under the oak tree. Kayaking/canoeing experience is recommended but not required. Depending on marine conditions, it could be an easy to medium difficulty paddle. Up to 16 spots on 8 tandem kayaks are available. Guests are welcome to bring their own kayak or canoe and life jackets.
No restrooms or house access during this trip. We will all be outdoors. Bring plenty of water, sun protection, and bug spray.
Age Requirement: 10+ (must be able to paddle with their parent/guardian)
For safety reasons, everyone must sign a waiver.
