Museum Rental Form

Completion of this online inquiry form does not guarantee your Rental Date. Once your inquiry is received, a museum representative will contact you to discuss further details and to confirm your rental date. Please allow 1-2 days for processing and be sure to read through our Rental Policies and Procedures in full.

Facility Rental Agreement

  • This agreement, when signed and returned with your payment, serves as a contract and confirms your reservation.
  • Reservation of the museum includes the use of the Main, East, West, Jo Love Little Galleries, and Kitchen Area. The City of Ocean Springs owns and operates the Community Center and has its own contract and guidelines governing the Community Center. To rent the Ocean Springs Community Center please contact (228) 875-4236.
  • A deposit of 50% of your Rental Fee will be required in order to secure your booking. The balance of the Rental Fee will be required 72 hours prior to the event.

Cancellation Policy: The museum must receive a notice of cancellation in writing or by email at least 72 hours before the event. Cancellations received after this time will be assessed a fee of $100. All deposits and other fees paid will be refunded by check. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
