This is a lovely opportunity to make time for renewal and self-care. You will experience peaceful breath work, mindful attention, revitalizing yoga, and restorative relaxation during this accessible, non-competitive series of classes.

Learn how a regular yoga practice can support your physical and mental health. Soften spots that tend to cling to stress and tension (hello, low back, hips, and thighs!) with grounding hip openers, passive backbends, gentle forward folds, and refreshing twists. Energetically, the poses aim to rebalance downward-moving energy, allowing the mind to calm and the body to relax.

This gentle practice is appropriate for everyone, including beginners. The beautiful, spacious environment of the museum galleries enhances vitality and joy!

Mats and props will be provided.
